New Booking System

We have spent many months trialing different systems trying to find one that is easy for you to book with, and easy for us to fulfill with.
You will have your own custom portal which will show all your orders, listings, billing, and custom web sites for your properties. We hope you like it!

Our Pictures Speak for Themselves

Our standard photos are usually upgrades with our competitors. Quality is very important to us. Here are the following features we offer as part of our base package:

Verticals and Horizontals are adjusted

Walls and Ceilings are hand-brushed to remove color changes

Windows are naturally exposed and not blown out

TV and fireplaces are filled in

Sky replacement on all images that need it.

Reflections on wood flooring greatly reduced.

Notes on Pricing

Our pricing is based on the square footage of the house, and not how many pictures are delivered. That way our pricing is simple and predictable to you.

Our standard picture package hasn’t changed for houses less than 1,500 sq ft in five years. As you know, prices of everything has increased dramatically. Because of this, we have added a “Lights and Shades” Add-on (See below). And we also add a mileage charge for locations more than three miles from the photographer’s home location.

Also we have eliminated our credit card fees to making paying extra convenient to you.

Meanwhile, we have dramatically increased the quality of our product, which I hope you agree. We have also spent a bunch of energy implementing a new booking system to make the process as easy as possible for you.

Mileage Charges

As you get to the end of the booking form, you will see a mileage charge added. This charge takes into consideration the location of the closest available photographer to your job. If the cost seems high, you might try choosing another date/time.

We believe in paying our employees a living wage and that means paying them while they are driving to and from jobs, as well as reimbursing them for use of their personal vehicle. We do not make a profit from this charge.

Lights and Shades Fee

Turning on all the lights, turning off fans, and opening all the window shades takes a fair amount of time. About half our Realtors do this before we arrive.

If you don’t want to do this yourself, we are happy to do it, but now have to charge a small fee for this as it adds time to the shoot. It is also more fair that the Realtors that get the house ready for pictures are not subsidizing the Realtors that do not.

Platinum and Diamond packages have this service included at no cost.

Fees are relative to the size of the house.
